Strategic Talent Management in the digital era

The ever expanding process of digitalization is changing the way we work. Organizations will soon be looking for employee profiles that don’t even exist yet and people who join these organizations will be looking for a new kind of relationship with them, different from the current, standard one.

The most high-tech enterprises have already begun to suffer the consequences of the war for talent and aware, as they are, that the people with this talent will be their most important asset, they are looking to create processes for strategic talent development and management. Recall the words of Dov Seidman. In the era of machines, only one kind of organization that will prosper: The Human Organization.
